Protect Yourself from EMFs (Electromagnetic Frequencies)

Did you know that you can protect yourself from EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies)? There are numerous scientific articles documenting the adverse effects of EMFs. Unfortunately, we are all exposed to EMFs from a multitude of sources some of which you may not recognize: LED lights in your home emit EMF radiation;  In 2020 alone, 180 Starlink satellites were launched by Elon Musk. Over the next few years 100,000 high frequency EMF-emitting satellites will blanket the Earth in a terrifying amount of EMF unprecedented in human history. Other examples of common EMFs sources are:  induction cooktop stoves are one of the highest EMF emitting sources; your laptop, iPad, and desktop computers; smart meters in your home is one of the worst EMF polluters; wi-fi routers; wireless speakers; electrical wiring; underground floor heating; electric blankets; hair driers; children’s game stations; baby monitors; wireless headphones; and metal spring mattresses to name a few.

There are both short term and long term effects. Short-term symptoms include headaches, dizziness, brain fog, memory loss, muscle pains, heart palpitations, anxiety, depression, nosebleeds, and skin rashes. Long-term symptoms include cancer, infertility, and neurological and cardiovascular harm.

There are many practical ways to protect yourself from potentially harmful EMFs:

  • Wear Shungite, a stone from Russia that protects from EMFs.
  • Connect with nature as much as possible, grounding, sun exposure, going on a walk in a park or forest preserve.

  • Consider drinking Hydrogen water, which can protect you from oxidative stress.
  • Turn off your Wi-Fi router, especially at bedtime (and whenever not using).
  • Use corded landlines rather than cordless landlines, as cordless phone base stations have very high levels of wireless radiation.
  • Hard-wiring your office and home with ethernet are safer ways to achieve connectivity for your devices.

Like many other technological advances, the long term ill effects are not realized. Remember it took 50 years before scientists awakened to the fact that the insecticide DDT was harmful. Don’t wait until it is too late.
