Synthetic Versus Plant-Based Supplements

An Energy Medicine Short Summary

Did you know that synthetic supplements are derived from petroleum products?

Believe it or not, over 50% of the synthetic supplements are made in China and labeled “made in the USA.” These synthetics also contain toxic binders, fillers, and excipients. This is one of the reasons why your stomach gets upset when you ingest these petroleum based chemicals. Synthetic vitamins also lack bio photons or packets of energy. These chemicals function like drugs not vitamins.

How do you tell if the supplements you are taking are synthetic? You have to educate yourself on the names of these phony chemicals so when you are choosing a vitamin you can quickly tell which formulas are artificial. A few examples are Ascorbic acid, which is only one small fraction of the vitamin C complex. 90% of all ascorbic acid is made in China. Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is made from lamb’s wool (lanolin) using chemicals and then irradiated. Synthetic vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate) is up to 50% less absorbed by the body. Other tip off names are thiamin mononitrate (B-1), and niacin B-2 as niacinamide, and vitamin B-6 is labeled pyridoxine hydrochloride. Also when you see mineral names that have oxides, sulfates, or carbonates attached to them they are really ground up rocks. For a more complete listing of fake supplements go to icnr.com and look for the chart of synthetic vitamins. Because these petroleum based supplements are derived from coal tar and mixed with ground up rocks, they can be sold at a cheaper price.

Stop wasting your money on chemicals and look for food based nutritional supplements. If you were a robot, synthetic vitamins may work; however, humans need real food to repair and heal.
